vintage 2-letter monograms

our vintage 2-letter monogram is a combination of your first and last initial.  styles will vary depending on your letters. artwork cannot be changed however, you can choose your outline color and fill color.

return policy

the vintage room: our one-of-a-kind pieces are only exchangeable for store credit.

henry wants you to love your purchase.  if for any reason you are not satisfied, we want to know. we do not offer returns on white glove custom products. your item must be returned within 14 days of the date received with shipping prepaid to receive a full refund. all merchandise must be unused and in original condition.

after 14 days, all returns will receive store credit. after 21 days, no returns will be accepted. henry has the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements.

repair policy

we will be happy to resolve any repair needs within 6 months of receiving your product. after 6 months, there will be a minimum $25 repair fee, depending on severity of repair. 

guarantee

henry products are handcrafted in the usa according to your specific choices. please allow 3 or 4 weeks for completion and shipment.
upon shipment you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
orders will be shipped via ups. shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

sales tax

henry only charges sales tax for orders shipped within the state of kentucky.
