early in the year we hold our annual, highly anticipated warehouse sale. this year’s sale is online only and consists of samples, misprints (turned into magic), never-before-seen inventory, and more. 

most items are limited in quantity, some even one-of-a-kind, so be sure to check out as soon as you’re satisfied!

when is the warehouse sale?

our warehouse sale will begin on thursday, january 26th. 

when I add an item to my cart, is it on hold for me?

due to high order volume, items in your cart will not be held. you must pay for your order and fully complete the checkout process to guarantee the items are yours. 

when will I receive my items from the warehouse sale?

please allow 7-10 days for processing due to high order volume. you will receive an email or call when your order has been shipped or is ready for local pickup.

what are my shipping options?

you may opt for local pickup to pick up your order in-store or choose shipping which is a calculated rate via ups ground. 

can I checkout more than once?

of course! you will be charged shipping per each order if you choose to check out this way. 

can I return items from the warehouse sale for exchange or store credit?

no, all sales are final. we will not accept any returns or exchanges on any warehouse sale pieces. henry reserves the right to refuse any return or price adjustments.

can I use a discount code to further discount the price of items in the sale?

no, discount codes will not be valid on warehouse sale items. prices for items will be as marked.

can I shop the warehouse sale in-store?

no, our showroom will be closed from thursday - saturday, aside from local pickups. 

how can I sign up to be notified about the sale?

create an account on our website here to be sure that you are on our email list. (if you think you already have an account, you can log in or reset to double check- this also makes the checkout process quicker.) we also recommend following us on instagram here to catch any sneak peaks or quick links.
